Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlotsHunter UAE ("Service"), a SaaS platform providing real-time Schengen visa appointment slot alerts and agency management tools, operated by SlotsHunter UAE ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

SlotsHunter UAE provides:

  • Real-time Telegram alerts when VFS Global Schengen appointment slots become available in the UAE.
  • An agency dashboard for managing clients, bookings, and VFS account credentials (Solo and Team plans only).
  • Integration with the NOMOD payment gateway for subscription billing.

The Service depends on third-party VFS Global appointment availability data, which we monitor and relay. We do not guarantee slot availability or successful booking outcomes. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered under three subscription tiers:

  • Bot Notifications — Telegram alerts only.
  • Bot + Panel Solo — Telegram alerts plus agency dashboard for one user.
  • Bot + Panel Team — Telegram alerts plus agency dashboard for up to three concurrent users.

Subscriptions renew monthly. Pricing is shown in AED at checkout. Founding 50 promotional pricing, when active, locks the price for the lifetime of the subscription provided renewals are uninterrupted.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. Refund requests must be submitted via Telegram to the contact handle in Section 12 within 7 days of the original purchase. Refunds for renewal payments are not provided after the renewal date.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (NOMOD) and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep account credentials secure.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with UAE law.
  • Not share your subscription with users outside your registered agency.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
  • Not use the Service to abuse VFS Global systems or violate their terms of service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations, without refund.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Telegram (Messenger), NOMOD (payments), and VFS Global (appointment data source). Your use of the Service includes acceptance of those third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, or policy changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including missed appointments, lost business opportunities, or visa application rejections.

9. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via Telegram or email at least 14 days in advance where reasonably possible. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Telegram bot or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
